Every engagement follows the same arc — from first message to long-term partnership.

  • Step 01

    Tell us about your mission

    We start with a short intake — your organization, your current platform situation, what’s not working, and what you want to build. We read every submission carefully. If it seems like a strong fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a call. If the scope or timing isn’t right, we’ll tell you directly rather than waste your time with a sales process that goes nowhere.

  • Step 02

    Scope and design

    We map your donor journey, campaign calendar, team structure, and existing data before we design anything. The platform gets built around how you actually operate — not how a SaaS template assumes you do. Every feature your organization gets is intentional. Nothing is in there because it was included in a tier.

  • Step 03

    Build

    Every interface, every donor interaction, every email — designed with intent. The design work and the engineering work happen in the same head, which means the interface that gets built is the one that was designed, without the gaps that appear when design and engineering are handed between different people. You see progress throughout. There are no surprises at launch.

  • Step 04

    Launch and handover

    We handle the cutover. Migrations, DNS changes, email transition, data import — all of it. Your team shows up to a working platform. We stay close through the first weeks to handle anything that comes up. When your biggest campaign launches, we are watching it with you.

  • Step 05

    Own it and grow

    After launch, we stay. Most partners are on a monthly retainer — not because we lock them in, but because there is always more to build. More campaigns coming, more features to develop, more integrations to wire. We’re part of the team. Not a vendor you call when something breaks.
