Overview
Manna Platform LLC (“Manna,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
When you submit the Start form, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and the information you provide about your platform needs. We use this solely to evaluate whether a partnership is a good fit and to communicate with you about your inquiry.
We also collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate partnership fit, and communicate with you about Manna’s services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policies and maintains industry-standard security practices. Your data is stored in the United States.
Client data
For active clients, donor data and platform data are stored in isolated databases. Each client’s data is completely separate from every other organization on the platform. We do not access client data except as necessary to provide the service or as directed by the client.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@manna.build. We will respond within 30 days.
